I think it's a great location! The balcony's face a nice forested park and are built into the building so that they are more private, which is great. As a student at Queen's, this location is about a 35 minute walk to campus, however it's right on the bus route so I literally walk outside my door to catch the bus that goes directly to school. The building is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and I really enjoy living here.Melissa / Mowat Ave

In ten years of renting, this apartment complex is the best maintained I've ever lived in. Communication with the property manager is open, friendly and timely. The only problem we've experienced while living in the apartment was fixed on the same day. Erin / Mowat Ave

I've lived at my rental unit for a few months and I am very happy with the neighbors, the location, and the landlord.EE / Mowat Ave

I have been a tenant since May 2008. Knowing what I know now, I was very fortunate to acquire this apartment. It is a great, safe neighbourhood. My fellow tenants, presently and past have been respectful and courteous, suggesting they are carefully picked. In closing I would absolutely recommend this building to those searching for peaceful and well cared for dwellings.Nancy / Mowat Ave

Although I've only lived here for around 6 months it has been nothing but an enjoyable experience at 274 Bagot. Gary has always been quick to respond to any email inquiries that I have had. Any time that I needed anything fixed or cleaned it was quickly attended to. The location itself is unbeatable - it is minutes from the pharmacy, minutes from the grocery store and the bus which is conveniently located right outside of the building, conveniently takes you directly to campus! Overall this has been much better than the other places I've lived in while spending my time studying at Queen's. All in all, it's been a great student living experience!Albert / 274 Bagot St

Extremely reliable property management! Firstly, I love the location of my building. Having a park right across the street and a bus stop at the door step is phenomenal! Secondly, The building is very well maintained. The halls are clean. The lawn is well tended in the summer. And in the winter months the snow removal is always prompt and the walkways stay salted. Lastly, if you ever have a problem, just contact Gary and he will get it resolved immediately. I have never been disappointed by him. He will always get back to you when he says he will and he actually does what he says he will do! Thank you!Lisa M. / Mowat Ave

Living at 274 Bagot St. has been a great experience. As a Queen's student, it is the perfect place to live. I have lived here while in undergrad and grad school. It is a short walk to campus and in the winters I love being able to catch the bus right outside the apartment building. The apartment itself has many amenities I was looking for. The common room is huge, all bedrooms are a decent size and there is lots of storage. I love having my own storage room, as well as laundry facilities in the building. One of the best things about living here is that Shoppers is right across that street and Food Basics is 5min away. I used to live in a really old house in Kingston and I would pay through the roof in heating bills. With this apartment, the heating bills are extremely reasonable and we don't feel like we are losing heat. As far as repair and maintenance of the building and apartment, the landlord is very good at getting someone to look at the problem as soon as possible. I cannot recommend this apartment enough.Amanda / 274 Bagot St

Hi Gary,
Shannon, Jamie and I are all graduating this year so we will not be renewing our lease for another year. We have loved the apartment over the last three years and would like to thank you for being such a great landlord!
